Straw-yellow with flashes of gold, this wine has quite intense initial aromas dominated by notes of tropical fruits (e.g. banana, mango) and stony fruits (e.g. apricots). Aromas of vegetation, herbs, etc. are also quite present in this wine. This is quite an acidic wine with a long finish which would go well with salads or fish dishes.
