A pink, semi-sweet sparkling wine made according to the ‘reservoir’ method from a blend of four Georgian varieties of grape—Tsitska, Chinuri, Goruli mtsvane and Saperavi. Lustrous pink colour with an even sparkle. The wine’s bouquet reveals notes of red fruit and berries. Pleasant acidity. This wine would go well with desserts or fruit salads.
