Saperavi, Nikolashvili's wine cellar, 2008

This Saperavi belongs to the "organic" category of wines. It has an intense cherry-red colour and a very pleasant, soft bouquet in which the scent of red ripe fruit is dominated by that of berries. When tasting, hints of cornelian cherry can be felt on the tongue. A medium-bodied wine with quite an elegant and nice finish.
