This premium wine made from Saperavi grapes grown in the Mukhrani Valley is five years old and shows every sign of having reached its peak (as well as clear signs of having been aged in oak barrels). It would make an interesting drink for those who enjoy Saperavi aged even longer in oak barrels. This wine, with strong tannins, has a bouquet of crispy dried black plums and crushed blackcurrants. In one word, this is a modern wine which would go well with different kinds of ham or grilled or marinated meats.
