Tbilvino’s 2011 special reserve of Mukuzani is quite young but its bouquet is full of intriguing notes of sweet biscuits and ripe blackcurrants mixed with ripe sour plums. This wine’s main feature is its long finish, which reveals a nice balance of smokiness, “roastiness” and the aroma of berries. Serve with grilled beef steaks.
