Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé, Château Telavi, 2011

This half-dry rosé was made from the French Cabernet variety of grape grown in vineyards in the Napareuli micro-zone. A good summer wine whose bouquet features very lively and joyful notes of pear, cornelian cherry and barberry. Distinguished by its pleasant acidity and quite long finish. Would go well with asparagus fried in olive oil or with vegetable or fruit salads.
