Rkatsiteli, Monastery Wines, Khareba, 2010

This Rkatsiteli wine was made in qvevri, but is stronger than Khareba's Kisi. A straw-coloured wine striking at first for its aromas of meadow flowers followed by that of pine needles then those of dried apples and small dried apricots.
