Rkatsiteli, Khareba (Monastery Wines), 2011

This Rkatsiteli made in qvevris is immediately noticeable thanks to its appearance. A pleasant amber-yellow colour, with aromas of crisp sun-dried apples, ripe black pears and hints of spices. Relatively strong tannins turn the aromas of this pleasantly acidic wine into quite a long finish.
