Brut, Khareba, 2008

This brut sparkling wine was made from the Tsitska grape variety local to Imereti, and was fermented in bottles according to the traditional method. A greenish straw colour. Noteworthy for its moderate, long fizz. Its aromas of flowers and fruit are crowned by sweet flavours finishing with cream.
